Korea University Social Service Organization(KUSSO) is opening a ‘VolunTour’ program for International, Exchange/Visiting KU students.


Take a guided tour in Jeonju as coordinated by local middle school students, explore the tradition and culture of the city, and experience the richness of its culture for 1 & half days in a fun and safe context. Free housing and food, including traffic fares!



After the tour, you will make a video promoting Korean culture that will upload to KUSSO Youtube to spread your experience.

11th - 12th July 2022 or 14th - 15th July 2022


[Benefits] 
A. Your tour expense (including accommodations, restaurants, admission fees, insurance, and traffic cost) will be fully granted by Sinil middle school and KUSSO
B. You will get volunteering participation time confirmed by KUSSO


[Qualifications]
A. International, Exchange/Visiting Korea University students
B. Fluent with English skill

고려대학교 사회공헌원에서는 전라북도 전주에 위치한 신일중학교와 협력하여, 본교에 재학중인 외국인 학생들에게 한국 문화 체험 기회를 제공함과 동시에 신일중학교 학생들에게 국제화 경험 기회를 제공하는 VolunTour 프로그램 참가자를 모집하고 하오니 많은 학우분들의 관심과 참여 바랍니다.
 
■ 활동개요
 
1. 프로그램 주제 : “VolunTour”, Volunteer+Tour
 
2. 활동 장소 : 전라북도 전주시
 
3. 활동 기간: 2022년 7월 11일(월) ~ 12일(화) & 2022년 7월 14일(목) ~15일(금)
 
4. 프로그램 내용 :
가. 고려대학교 외국인 재학생들이 전주 신일중학생들에게 전주에 대한 가이드를 받으며 한국 문화를 체험.
 
나. 외국인의 관점에서 바라본 전주시와 한국 문화에 대한 홍보 영상을 제작.
 
5. 활동 혜택 :
가. 활동에 필요한 숙소, 식비, 교통비 및 보험비 전액 지원
 
나. 고려대학교 사회공헌원 봉사활동확인서 발급
 
6. 활동 유의사항 :
가. 코로나-19 방역지침에 따른 사회적 거리두기 규칙을 준수하며 활동
 
나. 범죄, 성범죄 경력이 있는 경우 활동에 제한 있음

1. 모집 대상 : 고려대학교 재학중인 외국인 대학생 (International, Exchange, Visiting students)
 
2. 신청방법 : 다음 항목을 모두 첨부하여 이메일(bongsa@korea.ac.kr)로 제출
가. 참가 지원서 1부(2022 VolunTour program ‘The capital of Korean culture, Jeonju’ Application)
 
나. 외국인 등록증 사본 1부
 
다. 영상 제작 및 편집기술을 보여줄 수 있는 자기소개 영상이나 포트폴리오 (제출 희망자만)
 
3. 일정:
가. 신청서 제출 : 2022년 6월 22일(수) ~ 7월 3일(일)까지
 
나. 선발 일정
- 서류 심사 : 2022년 7월 4일(월) (예정)
- 최종 결과 발표 : 2022년 7월 5일(화)
※ 최종 선발자 개별 연락 예정
- OT : 2022년 7월 6일(수) (예정)
 
4. 선발 인원 : 총 10명
 
5. 의무 사항 :
가. 참가자들은 활동 보고서를 작성하여 제출
 
나. 활동 종료 후 참가자들은 사회공헌원 유튜브에 업로드할 한국 문화(음식, 예술, 건축, 역사, 전통 등)에 대한 홍보영상을 만들고 편집하여 제출
