최근 중국에서 개발된 생성형 AI 서비스 딥시크(DeepSeek)에서 과도한 개인정보 수집 등 여러 보안상 우려가 제기되고 있습니다.

 

이와 관련하여 지난 2월 6일 교육부는 학술연구·교육 목적으로 이를 활용하는 경우 유의할 것을 권고한 바 있으며, 

 

2월 7일 개인정보보호위원회에서도 조사에 착수하였으니 결과 발표 전까지 신중한 이용을 당부한 바 있습니다.

 

이에 딥시크를 포함한 생성형 인공지능 서비스 활용 시 주의사항을 다음과 같이 안내드립니다.

1. 생성형 인공지능 서비스 이용 시 주의 사항 : 상세 내역 첨부파일 참조

  가. 민감한 정보 입력 금지 : 업무용 자료, 비공개 정보, 개인정보 등을 입력하지 않도록 유의(대화 이력 학습 설정 비활성화 권고)

  나. 비윤리적 활용 금지 : 범죄 악용, 거짓 정보 입력/학습 유도 행위 금지

  다. 연계·확장 프로그램 안전성 확인 : 검증되지 않은 연계·확장 프로그램 사용 금지

  라. 생성물 재검증 : 생성물의 정확성, 윤리성, 적합성 및 저작권 등 법률 침해·위반 여부 검토

※ 인공지능 서비스별 보안 취약 사항이 확인되거나 별도 지침이 발표되는 경우 교내에서 해당 서비스 이용이 차단될 수 있습니다.

Recently, DeepSeek, a generative AI service developed in China, has raised a number of security concerns, including excessive collection of personal information.

On February 6, the Ministry of Education advised caution when using it for academic research and education purposes.

On February 7, the Personal Information Protection Commission also launched an investigation, and cautioned users to use it carefully until the results are announced.

Therefore, we would like to provide the following precautions when utilizing generative AI services including Deepsea.

 

1. Precautions for using generative AI services: see detailed attachment

  A. Do not enter sensitive information: Be careful not to enter business materials, private information, personal information, etc. (Recommend disabling the conversation history learning setting)

  B. Prohibition of unethical utilization: Prohibit criminal misuse, false information input/learning induction

  C. Confirmation of safety of linkage and extension programs: Prohibition of using unverified linkage and extension programs

  D. Re-validation of products: Review of product accuracy, ethics, appropriateness, and infringement/violation of laws including copyright
